Whether you like to train on your own but need direction, or if you need to be made accountable with one to one sessions or whether you would like to come along to some group exercise classes for an hour of de stressing then we have something to suit everyone.
We offer personal training which can be either online, in person or hybrid.
We have a range of classes on the timetable which suit all levels of fitness and abilities. Even though the classes are in a group, the sessions will still be tailored to each individual who attends. Just some classes we run are:
Absolutely LOVE Kims sessions. I struggle with the usual gym scenario and tend to never really stick to Much but the sessions are absolutely the perfect thing for me!! Kim Has a way of making it super fun and not seem regimental, but you definitely know youve worked out! Shes super knowledgeable and has a fab Manor in the way she challenges but motivates you! No matter if I'm not feeling very 'energetic' I always look forward to the sessions and come away feeling awesome. Highly reccomend.

I really enjoy Kim’s sessions! There’s no judgement from anyone, really good full body workouts but also really fun, always something different so you don’t get bored and everyone just has a laugh. The prices are good too.

Kim’s classes are fab! Each sessions is different and fun, to keep us motivated. Lovely ladies with a great friendly environment too. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to increase activity levels.
